A calendar is not a strategy

Dates organize the work. They do not decide what matters.

A content calendar is useful, but it is not the strategy. A calendar says when something goes live. Strategy says why it should exist.

Before filling slots, define the commercial or communication role of the month. Is the goal trust, proof, conversion, recruitment, authority, or clarity?

Once that role is clear, the calendar becomes an operating tool instead of a decorative spreadsheet.
