The reportable story
Post-production became a relay race. cinemaOS turns it back into one project.
After the edit, an independent film can fracture across picture finishing, dialogue repair, captions, localization, campaign design and delivery. Every handoff adds another version of the project, another review loop and another place for context to disappear.
Momentum cinemaOS puts that work into three connected rooms—Sequencer, Finisher and Atelier—with JARED as a local intelligence layer across them. The aim is not another isolated editing tool. It is one release workspace around the film, from the living cut to the materials that meet an audience.
The product is built by filmmaker and Momentum founder Julien Hayet-Kerknawi for Apple Silicon. It is currently a broad private beta for independent-film workflows and is available directly by application and acceptance.
