Resizing everything again? Atelier in cinemaOS keeps a poster's colours, type and layout in one brand kit and exports every aspect ratio from it. This tutorial builds a poster from a Sintel still and exports six versions.

Steps

  1. Set up the brand kit. Open Atelier and choose Brand to set the project colours and typography, then apply the kit to keep the design consistent.
  2. Lay out the poster. In Layout, the still and its editable title form a poster, with room for the image to breathe.
  3. Check every aspect with Adapt. Use Adapt to inspect the vertical, square and four by five versions. Check the crop, the title spacing and any unwanted line breaks.
  4. Export All Aspects. Press Command Option E. Export All Aspects writes six versions into your chosen folder, ready for a final visual check.
  5. Keep the project editable. Inspect the exported images and keep the original editable project for the next change.

Notes

  • In the recording a title-wrapping mismatch between the preview and the batch export was resolved by reducing the type to 96 px; repeated exports are then pixel-identical.
